Registered Massage Therapist
Registered Kinesiologist
Pilates Instructor
I’ve always been fascinated by health and wellness. This interest led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University. After graduating from Laurier, I went on to complete my diploma in Massage Therapy at Elmcrest College in Toronto and officially became a RMT in 2005. My first job as a RMT was in a Pilates studio. Prior to starting this job, I’d never taken a single Pilates class but it didn’t take long for me to realize the many benefits of Pilates! I became an instructor in 2010 and have been teaching ever since. I love how Pilates helps people improve their alignment, mobility and strength. In 2017, I officially became a Registered Kinesiologist. I’ve been a resident of Caledonia since 2007. In 2011, I opened Revitalize Massage Therapy & Pilates to serve Haldimand County and share my love for Massage & Pilates with our community.
Registered Massage Therapist
After successful completion of my registration exams, I received my Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2008.
I am very passionate about my practice and have complimented my 15 years of experience with additional courses including infant massage, hot stone massage and deep fascial cupping, to mention a few.
It has been a pleasure to provide my services at Revitalize Massage Therapy & Pilates since 2017 and look forward to offering my services to present and new clients. Please feel free to reach out to the clinic for inquiries and services.

Pilates Instructor
My Pilates journey began 20+ years ago. I fell in love with the mind/body connection that is created through this practice. I was encouraged to begin my teacher training 8 years ago and subsequently received certification in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. I love being able to pass on the knowledge that I gained in order to assist people in being able to feel longer, stronger and move their bodies with more ease.
Pilates Instructor
Hi I’m Emily. I love being outdoors and active! I am a qualified Mat Pilates instructor and currently almost finished my reformer training and will be certified by February 2024! I decided to become a Pilates teacher because I just fell in love with the movement and mind connection and wanted to be able to teach others the amazing benefits and therapeutic touch that Pilates has on the body!
